The board must surely be replaced.
They recommended selling shares at $7.00 and the shareholders think they are worth a lot more.
The board needs to answer this; What was PE going to do with the company to create value and why can't they? The directors and CEO have been there two long and are captured by the status quo, hence they ran up the white flag.
Time for new directors.
