Hi @Rye1208,
Quote "we can't find spodumene in the spodumene suite. Go figure."
Well here's some figuring.
A Canadian geology services company "APEX Geoscience" was appointed by OM1 over one year ago.
ref : Omnia Engages Canadian Consulting Firm to Advance the Lac des Montagnes Project ( 23 FEBRUARY 2023 )
Web site https://www.apexgeoscience.com/?s=omina.
I searched the site for "OMINA" and "QUEBEC". There were a few hits on Quebec projects, none were for Lithium.
There was NO mention of Omina or Montagnes, although possibly over 100 other projects are listed.
APEX is a large organisation that can afford to forget about OM1. And they have.
I suspect that the lack of communication from the field exemplified that.
ASX Investors were from time to time surprised to see LdM images and text on social media, but nothing addressed to them.
I would not be surprised if DG knew more about LdM 5 months ago than OM1 SH do now.
Ridiculous.
It seems to me that SH expectations will only be met if accountable OM1 staff are on the ground directing activities at LdM.
PS: OM1 might find the "BUSINESS PRACTICES AND CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT" of British Columbia
applies to the "offer of sale" authorised by the BOD of DG before 5 Jan 2024.
ref https://www.mining.com/dixie-gold-agrees-to-friendly-takeover-by-australias-omnia-metals/
That offer, if correctly reported by OM1 on 5 Jan 2024, is clearly deceptive.
(see posts https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/71776663/single and https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/71908814/single )
Should this be tested and proven then the Act has provisions for declaring the sale void
and refunds apply . Therefore the "Exclusivity Fee" is refundable under clause 4(a)(iii) of the Agreement and the Act.

PS2 : OM1 have effectively blamed SH and lenders for the demise of the deal. This will always be false.
If the deal had merit it would have been supported.
OM1 are relying on that sensibility to get the next CR off the ground. Right ?
PS3: The Torp lake tenement is still in Kalt's name today.
The Phoenix (high Li %) tenements are still in Linglin Chu's name today.
I believe that DG never had any intention of concluding the deal by 19 Feb 2024, if ever.

In conclusion:
OM1 must leave this DG nonsense behind it.
Get into some good science and effective project management. Pronto.
