Great news for URF holders. Looks like the buyer has pulled out so there is no penalty to the fund They now will have to manage things through this period. The good news the financing has been locked in rents should rise so I think we will be cash flow positive at the end of the year. Theye will have to deal with the issue of the URFPA's. A starting point would be a buy back and if really necessary conversion.
