This is a massive turn!!! Finally some minority shareholders (e.g. the ones that sold after the announcement of the takeover) can rejoice, as Tremont is the biggest loser at this stage.
If management starts to bail out, then CXX could become a more hard takeover target in the future for Tremont, if the shares are spread across more hands.
The share price will collapse, and I am willing to get back to the party below 20 cents, and hope for the best, as there will be a lot of lobby against this new law, so could just be an opportunity again to ride the CXX wave.
