I would happily support this. The current board of directors are mostly colleagues from way back, and now that Richard and Harry have left, there’s a real lack of independence from management, which is the whole idea of a board of directors.
We need some non-executive Directors with genuine business credentials to balance this out. This is of course speculation, but I wouldn’t be at all surprised if Richard and Harry both left the business due to disagreements on strategy.
