    what’s the last CR got to do with this financing? What dilution was shareholders going to suffer with the sporty type deal?

    has the company told you they are not going to look at a debt deal? Have they told you their possible CR price is below current price and not above?

    so ok, it’s just your opinion. No one really knows hey? Thanks.
