    It looks like Sprott agreed to half the break fee. Maybe they agreed $US5 million instead of $US10.
    Plus there was interest they paid on the Sprott money they held but never used. Plus transaction and advice fees.
    The cashflow statement has financing costs of around A$16M plus the $7.6M break fee.
    So dealing with Sprott... a $24 million dollar mistake!
