1-may be the management got offered a better and cheaper financing package.
2- Bankers want the biggest bang for their buck and Sprott was not able to get everything they want
so they agreed mutually to break the deal
3- how do you know there is no one else waiting to write a check once sprott is out, hawk's point etc....
