    yes, this frees up the company from all obligations regarding the bottom of the barrel sprott gold stream and debt facility finance. The gold sector is strong and will be for the foreseeable future. With all the debt, money printing and uncertainty in the world. Obtaining a standard finance package for this project shouldn’t be very difficult.
