How much did it cost to break this agreement?
From their financial report:
At reporting date, the Group held cash and cash equivalents of $67,470,477 (2020: $34,639,855) which
includes a balance of $16,526,649 held in the Group’s Debt Proceeds Account to fund the termination fee to
Sprott and a reserve buffer.
The above statement says $7.6M was released back to GPR, so my assumption is this amount is what's left over of the debt proceeds balance.
