It’s unlikely to be Merck. They only recently signed the supply agreement. They would have put the file away awaiting trial updates.. this has definitely been triggered by IMU. What brought it on will remain unknown to us until LC provides more info.
After all the work LC had put into this agreement and the subsequent trial design and fda approvals, we can assume it is fairly significant. She wouldn’t blow of Merck without very good reason.
I think the news will be good, but the market doesn’t like unknowns.
Watching the buyers taking as much stock as they can get at .20 tells us buyers see opportunities.
