All I know is that this is a game of poker now with the game to acquire ESS at the lowest price. Often it's in one's best interest to let the other show a card first. So what's happened ie MIN not moving and TLEA withdrawing from the scheme is not unexpected. My expectations are that we wont hear anything immediately and to lower existing shareholders expectations, MIIN will sell in this period of doubt to spread fear. With the amount of shares they hold, they will easily control the share price.
