Will continue to buy over the next week around this level. You maybe right, I am trying a punt in the other direction......With Scheme dead means
(1) TLEA either Tiang or IGO are free to buy shares on market in ESS, support share price, retrigger TO spec
(2) ESS can negotiate with MIN or more hopefully with other parties including Tiang for offtake, development etc
(3) Takeover just became more likely from either party for myself, is stead on this ludricious underwhelming SIA a Clayton's SIA (pardon the pun). the scheme was an arm tieing hinderance
(4) Unlike other TO situations there is litte to no stock hangover from the ousted party.
(5) There will be ESS holders unsure now that Scheme is dead, some selling into the unknown. $5.5M traded today, sellers leaving, buyers absorbing waiting. About 4% of stock moving to those that want a profit above 47c.... 47c seemed ridiculous even before scheme started. Seems ludricrious now.

Again not a trader, have been long in ESS for awhile preserving my TAX breaks and still hoping to rollover into a buyer as cant really play the dips.Happy to just read the forum for while... until news...
