I haven't read all posts on here and perhaps this has been mentioned by other posters...A compelling reason why I cannot imagine serious predators from acting expeditiously, is that now the scheme has been withdrawn ESS is free to pursue its own agenda.

One may well ask "what indeed is their agenda?"... It does remain to be seen how aggressively they now seek expressions of interest on offtake etc, but any party like MIN who wants access to about the only uncommitted shovel ready resource around, would not want someone else getting in first and spoiling the party. It is well known that there are motor vehicle OEMs and processors desperate for access to lithium product...so will MIN and/or TLEA wait to save a few $million and then miss out on the thing they want? I expect not.
