Why would Min Res make a bid soon?
Lithium sector running hot with high expectations, not the time to move imo
They have 20%, will end up with seat on board and inside knowledge of ESS various plans/negotiations etc.
TLEA seems to have happily dropped and ran first opportunity, doesn;t look like they wil be back.
If someone else makes a bid, they sit pretty to make a counteroffer and see where it goes.
If nobody else makes a move, the heat comes out of share price and they can make an offer if/when it suits them later on.

Still don;t think Min Res will move for a while, ESS has to get on with their knitting.
