Totally agree with what you have said, and i have posted the same previously.
MIN will wait and then pounce, what i cannot get my head around is, ESS can sign agreements now, pretty sure MIN with nearly 20% will not be able to stop any agreements being signed, am i correct here? Can somebody explain to me in simple terms why ESS are not signing up to get customers in to get the $$$$ in the bank to stop any hostile takeover or do they want the T/O to come?
I am new to ESS so please forgive me if this has already been answered bu ti have gone back through posts and do not see any reason.
