The share price is slightly down today with very little volume. So I wouldn't read too much into it. These are isolated impatient owners who do not want to wait and see. Patience, our time will come soon. If we had better performing management that understood how to increase shareholder value, we would probably be around 70-80c today. So it takes a little longer. But I'm confident that the market (and potential buyers, which we don't all know) understand the true value of ESS.
And as for MIN, i think MIN will be in a hurry to bid once they know, there are other serious offers out there for ESS. And they will soon be among the first to find out. That's why they took over almost 20% of ESS to know what and how much others are offering for ESS. In this way they can align their further strategy and bid price
We just need a little mor patience.
