While I agree this looked like Vocus selling a good potential business at the wrong time...this board is a mess. The leaks shown by share price moves over the past six months has been awful as well. I got out recently at a loss, but will closely monitor on a retrace. I'd also like to see an earnings announcement that doesn't disappoint in some facet.
The core value of Vocus' assets are worth more than this SP imo, but the market is irrational and will likely beat this down for a while.
