How that works I'm not sure. I think the company is now short of funds, how much, we will know shortly I suppose. Maybe they are renogatiating the underwriting agreement at a lower price.

I just hope the company provides full transparency over future funding arragements. They would have known the underwriter was trying to pull out and we heard nothing from them.
