    Not correct.. Csbp gsa will be renegotiated. You have pushed that fabrication for yrs. No gsa doesnt allow for adjustments in pricing for 15yrs. Why did Min bid for wgo then? If its so immaterial and irrelevant to them? When the bid hits I'll be expecting an apology.
