I had the exact same thought. If ED comes up trump, sell the tenement from $6-700 million. (Warrego went for $438 million without operatorship and ED results, which are hopefully positive) Return half the capital to investors. Use the remainder to finance SE generators, unlock Walyering, Ocean Hill and Arrino/Kadathinni. It's not like we have a shortage of prospective acreage. Just thinking out loud.
