I'd think most to MacB but correct me if wrong.
They would have a strong interest in having STX progress.
So the inference that MacqB might not follow thru with finance is highly unlikely.Why pull the rug.
In fact the timing-just prior to the Govts decision- to me suggests that Gina and whoever else should start their engines.
Though Gina already has got going and might be 5% ahead of others.
I hope there are others.
