Nor is Walyering either of those numbers. It’s a few years of revenue before it waters out. Maybe less. It’s worth the NPV of 4/5 years of cash flow. W7 is like schroedingers cat - wet or dry, gas or no gas. No test keeps it in a state of quantum superposition.

by the way, WE isn’t 440m encumbered by CSBP. It is around 380m prior to ED on a reasonable guess as to the price under the agreement.

Strike’s price went up on the back of the Warrego takeover and came down after the dust settled when people twigged that the SE was not filled to spill (Stu’s words, not mine) and was probably smaller than the other tiddler in the portfolio (Walyering) plus there is NO evidence Hancock want to buy Strike. Actually, there’s no evidence anyone wants to buy Strike…
