Wottie, old chap, please do not discount the possibility of a CR this year.
If the terms of the current Total Financing Facility remain unaltered (the Ann. is not clear on this), then all you have been given is an additional $5.43 million to spend each quarter to the end of the year and then repayable.. Nice but will it be enough.
In effect, Total available funding as at 30 March is $104 million, not $91 million.
That's how I see it. All IMO.
