Agree that CAHG is a key relationship and I don't know how much of a choice A2 actually had... I'm just disappointed to see such a large chunk of money go to such poor use... I mean they own 20% of Synlait... would have been more accreditive to do a JV with them to build a new dryer or pay a bit more and acquire them. Now they have likely disgruntled both Fonterra and Synlait their two strategic partners and the most adapt at infant formula manufacturing in NZ... highlighted as true competition. It's only a matter of time before they are moving volume off these guys to try and fill their own plant.
