I can confirm that I have in aggregate enough shares to be not far off the Top 20. And furthermore those holdings are way out of the money!
Thus why I remain of the view that it is in my best interest to have the current board remain involved, and certainly I don't want to risk having the company embroiled in any further boardroom spats with Drake.

It is clear to me that Drake got it shares very cheap, and having sold 1.5 million shares around $1.00 average (- and that is only a guess because Drake never declared its sales as required by the Australian Corporations Act), is basically free carried now. Whilst its an opportunity loss if the share price goes down, it seems to me Drake's attitude is 'easy come easy go'. From my point of view I don't want someone on the board of SMN creating more havoc forever and a day, not knowing what its true motivation is. I simply don't trust Drake!

So @longreach , you claim that Drake received their shares cheaply and sold 1.5m.

What about McLarty's 6m shares in 2015, who sold down substantially more, around 4m. Where's his disclosure to ASX?

Yet you have no questions about that and therefore showing unreasonable bias against Drake for their change of ownership.

You seem to now be a patsy for the current board. Let alone the obvious unprofessional and costly behaviour by this current board. Is Ross even Chair, or is it McLarty by influence??
