Also, you may or may not be aware, that when Toby Chandler arranged for his move off the board of SMN, to become simply the CEO, I was also highly critical, and communicated that through a number of posts. In fact I still believe he should have been reporting any variations in his shareholding as the CEO. (During my own time as simply a CEO for another ASX listed company I was reporting holdings, and eventually I went onto the board of that company).
SO a 'patsy for the Company'? Absolutely no, I will stand by the correct Corporate Governance requirements regardless of who they are.
