re: Ann: Terms of appointment of new Managing... The political unrest is a valid one Superchicken and it's one that I asked our previous MD who informed me that the Thailand internal unrest was primarily centered around Bangkok and not where they were. I may have mentioned before that many international companies have factories in Thailand the biggest being Colgate Palmolive (yes your toothpaste and bath soap is made there)have not as far as I know registered any problems with their product manufacturing.
I hope that the local population have a part ownership of the plant and equipment in the factory, foundries, engineering, electrical, metal suppliers and so on.
