well i dont go for that. employ as individual not in a way that looks like a tax break or something else. how is the company to be remunerated and where does the money flow from there? - ok not "tied" to SBR but who really knows?. y not provide incentive share structure and that can be "allocated" to his company whilst paying him as an employee which is the way IMO it should be. IMO there is a conflict here and am very concerned as to how this is structured! all imo.
