Sorry but does this company currently have an income from sales or production?

There is no way on this earth an md or ceo should be paid $400k if a company requires shareholders to keep it propped up.

And to say his salary drops with the share price well that really instills confidence in me that my hard earned money I invested in this share is safe if they indicate they believe the share price is going tondrip and are catering for that.

The salary should be 100k and go out and have this company make money not suck the share holders dry trying to keep it going. At 100k that means his current salary would cover his employment for 4 years and dont turn around and say oh it isnt wasted money.

There are plenty of ppl out there who could easily do the job for 100k or less and would be more hungry and driven to get the company somewhere than a person on a nice big fat 400k a year who has an easy ride.

That doesnt give anyone an incentive to exceed expectations.
