Great news - It looks messy, but it was never going to be pretty with so many loans to sort out. Its now a realistic repayment schedule with potential to repay quicker and still develop new projects.
With Brexit a line ball call at this moment, who knows what the POG will be at the end of today - thats now the major variable.
