    Agree the EBIT hurdles are admirable but why include 825,000 shares for achieving VWAP of 12c for 30 consecutive trading days?

    This is a very illiquid stock. Would rather see the 825k spread between the EBIT hurdles and let the share price take care of itself. One would follow the other
