correct me if im wrong they will convert if the company mc is 30% higher minimum
options at 9.5c = 48m x .095 = 4.5m dollars worth of converted dilution to company
lets say 200m mc to round off x 30% increase = 260m mc less 4.5m dilution = net increase of 53.5m dollars to the mc
your personal holding will be worth 30% more , ill be very happy for them to take their options its a win for all
if your complaining about a 30% carrot for directors take a look at the directors of other companies who give themselves millions of options free with no incentive target then you would have something to complain about
no problem with this for me , the sp could be lower after the next announcement to
