Just read my ADN post on this matter, save me retyping it here.
at least these Directors have to do something for their money….not much though, at the end of the day, it doesn’t get there they have lost nothing in the process. Imo any form of bonus/performance share should be multiples of the then current share price and should have a reasonable for all parties deadline, in this instance strike price of say 25c and two years, with a second tranche of 35c and three years etc. at least everyone benefits, this 9.5c is a bit of a joke really considering the massive hype they keep throwing up on every drill result. Not having a dig here but just a tad bitter on these sort of packages in general. For the record, I firmly believe we will see those levels of SP.
