Cottsurfer, I have the same knowledge as any other shareholder can obtain. I have the ability to research, read and comprehend.
I live in one of the eastern states. I have never been to WA. I have never attended an AZY AGM. I know no one who works or is associated with AZY and have never spoken to anyone who works there or is associated with the company.

In respect of why shareholders weren't given 9.5c options? Because we don't work for AZY. This forms part of their remuneration package.

And do I care? No. Because if I want more shares I can buy them for far less than 9.5c on market today. And could have bought them for 5c on market in Sept or Oct when this item was added to the agenda for the AGM for shareholder approval. You can do the same.
