Take aways from that announcement:

# Targeting cost eff. powergen project(s) for Vic.

# Cougar and Ignite to each have 50% interest in the JV.

# Cougar will be appointed the JV Manager.

# Ergo Exergy' UCG technologies to be used by the JV.

# Areas of mutual interest in EL 4416 cover abt 400 km in the lignite rich Gippsland region.

# The JV will target areas for UCG development for powergen or the manufacture of petrochemical products.

# First dedicated UCG project being investigated in Vic.

# Anticipated that Cougar and Ignite can play a significant role in the expected roll-out of gas-fired powergen to complement the existing lignite-fired powergen over the next decades in Victoria.


So, this is not necessarily just one powergen project and not even just powergen. The language is one of realistic positioning in front of a major issue of current critical importance to Victoria.
