re: Ann: Terms Sheet signed to acquire Mongol... I reckon the board all went to Mongolia to check out the mine. As Mongolia is in the back of beyond and doesn't have a decent phone network, maybe they should have taken the Arcadian Technology with them as back up, these blokes will never be heard of again. Thus the roaring silence that is emanating from Board Room Central.
The only other thing possible is they are so far west of Beijing, they are talking to the Russians while they are there with the idea of a take over. A LA FMS. Who knows.
