The Chair that has no mining experience, but was meant to be be a governance and compliance expert has now:
1. botched the Rights issue document (had to be withdrawn and replaced);
2. Botched the rights issue - shortfall issue, took up shares which were not properly approved and to had sell them and donate to charity, to stop further action being taken against the company: and
3. Now caught red handed trying to obfuscate the true nature of Terra Firma's highly trumpeted 'Investment', if it wasn't material why did they ever announce it in the first place, why such a convoluted structure if you had nothing to hide ?

But wait there's more:

Doesn't want to face shareholders in person so another highly scripted and controlled vIrtual only AGM; and to cap it off, obviously presiding over a deeply divided board - can't even bring herself to support the re-election of existing directors up for re-election.

pity the shareholders...
