I am not saying Avery wasn't involved, but you can guarantee that there were some other big hitters involved here as well, namely Ransley who was involved with The Chairmen1 entity and it's dealings with TER.
I find it odd that you appear to be laying 100% blame on Avery, yet a few days ago you wanted Ransley to be reappointed to the board of directors.
I am not saying Avery wasn't involved, but you can guarantee...
