Reading the letter from QLG.
TER are not there yet. The letter is only a further negotiation and TER still need to deliver guarantees to the QLG before the 20th Feb. so until it's all closed out and put to bed it may be a wait and see situation. Never the lest it is still very positive news and given TER need it they will work hard to get it closed out.
We need to know that TER will not go on a further capital raise again. But use funds coming in from coal sales.
