Yes it looks sheer desperation. Imagine that TZN intends issuing 70M shares: ~1/5 already allocated and ~4/5 depending TH good news
And I'd agree that unless very good TH news are released by the closing date this whole thing is going to be a disaster.
Pretty much will result in TZN winding down this algerian project, and even, I think, compromise the new managing director.
So if news are not forthcoming, I am wondering, that if this is a shot across the bow of the Algeria gov.
In May there were news that TZN would consider walking off. Now it just be the case of real action.
In this case Nic is saying to the Algerians: if you do not help yourselves NOW for 10 years TH will not go anywhere.
