...they were not directors...they were independent non-executive having a hissy fit over the change in the reporting KPI's metrics without consulting them.. 'number of revenue generating deliveries'....and probably the 'elephant in the room' which was the fact that nobody see their ongoing value add going forward... basically the same as the last 12 months...Gibson was supposed to use her contacts at ASIC pertaining to the ASIC investigations....and ASIC basically ignored her 'value add'....as for the other two... there is just so much value you can add if you don't have a clue what 'commercial acumen' mean... that is why they needed people with the relevant skill-set and as independent/ arms-length as possible...ASIC & Gibson are deemed conflict of interest....and they were advised to re-calibrate...
