Agreed with the shares in lieu of Salary, that give me confidence in Mgt for sure, i like it when they have skin in the game.

My simple observation was not in the issuing of the bonuses, i would have liked to see a bigger spread in the strike price, with an expiry date of 2024 and with recent speculation from a few our new 'learned" holders suggesting a possible SP far in excess of same, an increase in this strike price would have sat better with me, given our potential.

I am not suggesting they don't receive bonus, I just want to see them to work as hard for their $$ as we do.... RT SH are normally are the most exposed to risk, with them creating SP value for RT they shore up our risk.

Now i hope they get cracking into that 400m hole and await Assays in c5wks time.
