Guys you gotta understand, options in stead of salary is exactly why I am in the bush now. I don't get paid to be away from my family, but I am working hard to build value and prove something up on the belief that the tenements in working on currently are worth something in the future and I expect to be rewarded if I can build that value and create an exit. I don't want to charge 200k a year and put extra financial strain on the company, prefer to be paid on exit to ensure we can pay for and achieve the exploration plans.

Its not an easy thing to do, no one works for free and nor should they. This isn't exactly in lovely Australia either, their is some risk involved with heading to Columbia and working on ground. This inst an easy industry, its hard, some people should go try living in the bush for a week without their family, a shower, TV etc.

Anyways rant over, but guys relax very common in this industry.
