Scenario 4: You're the MD and hold 25,000,000 LCL options strikeable at $0.15, 0.20, 0.25 and get paid $200k salary no matter what. You work hard to get the share price up to $0.25 so that from there every 1c that the price goes up, your holding in LCL increases $250k (10c up = $2.5M).
This is the scenario they have gone with. And to me this is far better than your proposed scenario 2 as the shareholders see gains from current share price right upto $0.25 when the MD only just begins seeing his gains.
