Also what did you want him to say/do instead? reveal to everyone that goldfields were doing due diligence on us in the background before committing to take part in the placement and underwrite the entire raise? pretty sure a Non disclosure Agreement would have been signed. And what if another Major like Yamana came in last minute and pipped Goldfields? you don't think there would be repercussions?

I think it was fair to address the cash position. from the qtrly we clearly had very little cash left. We were relying on the VAT which has yet to drop. If it dropped we could have been funded until mid next year. Cash burn for 1 rig is about $1.2mil/qtr. But we all know they'd never run it to mid 2023 and would have likely raised early Q2.

Anyways, who cares, we have Goldfields onboard who will be joint leading the district target drill testing. One hole is all it takes brother. One hole to confirm a 2nd deposit discovery and the Take Over would been just around the corner.

You never know, It's a large a hell gold system with gold outcropping occurrences on 60km. So we know Ternera is not the only deposit. There is a MASSIVE FEEDER STRUCTURE that is creating these gold occurrences over the total strike length which is all part of the same system, we find this feeder structure & you'll be making generational type gains!
