Interesting article about Robert albeit 2009. Shows his pedigree and one doubts he is a back seat type guy. Haven't got register in front of me, but I would not be surprised to see a company or trust he is involved in owning a good portion of shares in TNT prior to this. Would find it hard to believe they never had this deal lines before the IPO?
