They've opened the door for a CR to assist with the final step in the acquisition process thanks to the Loop deal. Not a great premise.
A lot of factors affecting the SP today/this week, not just the company's fundamentals. I would honestly be more scared of them being quiet on the acquisition front at the moment given interest rates and the pounding that the tech sector is copping. If GL and KH believe they can grow in these current headwinds, I'll applaud them.
Side note is that BitMart - a rather large crypto exchange - got hacked and lost $200M USD. Whichever way society moves, I think CS will follow.
