The media yesterday was absolutely full of reports on the Tesserent takeover, in stark contrast to the lack of media engagement by the company over the past year, which might have supported the share price. It really makes you wonder what games have been played in the leadup to this news. I note in one media story, it said the company has been in talks with Thales for the past 6 months.
