Another quote from the "small caps" article :
"Mr Lord said Tesserent’s directors intend to vote in favour, with their shares representing 8.98% of the company’s total shares on issue."
The 8.98% is the amount listed as Geoff Lord's superannuation accounts in the top 20 shareholders list. I'd say it is quite misleading to suggest this figure encompasses the board's collective share holdings.
